What's the Guarantee?
** If you have purchased a training package and after your first session you decide training with This Is What's Next isn’t for you, we will happily refund the balance of your money no questions asked. *Please note: in this instance, there is a $100 fee to cover the initial Client Intake, Personal or Business Profile, Assessments, and planning.
Confidentiality
For private advising sessions, the Advisor agrees to keep all conversations and information with the client private and strictly confidential. No personal ideas, information, or thoughts expressed by the client will be shared with anyone except with the express written permission of the client.
The advising relationship, as well as all information that the client shares with the Advisor is confidential but is not considered a legally confidential relationship. The Advisor will not disclose the client’s name as a reference without the client’s express written consent.
Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was in the Advisors possession prior to its being furnished by the client;
(b) is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry;
(c) that the Advisor is required by law to disclose
Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy represent the complete and entire agreement between us with respect to your use and access of the Website and your purchase of products and/or services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations or understandings, whether oral or written.

Product Returns/ Exchanges
Returns: All delivered physical products are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Delivered physical products that are damaged or unusable are eligible for exchange of the same item. Exchanges must be requested within 5-Days of delivery. Requests for exchange should be sent to [email protected]. Please attach images of defective items and reason for exchange request.
